i remember..

i remember reading a blog of a friend of mine about the virus h1n1...yeah i noe,everybody are afraid of that virus.
have u ever wonder why the virus are getting spreading in malaysia? i wonder too...we cant blame the foreigners cuz they totally didnt come here n bring those virus..

the question here is, we shud ask ourself, do we follow every care steps that we been advised to follow:

**wash hands before eating and after u going back outing..
**taking bath after outdoor activities
**dispose tissues correctly(to the bin)
**and cover evertym u sneeze and cough...

i bet sum of us did that...i never say i did this thts y im clean fr h1n1..NO!!! im thankful that im off the record of the virus..i hope that this virus will go off forever in our lives..but, we as human must take care of our societies hygiene..this virus is actually a wake up call for us to be aware n alert about our environment and health...
so if we want to prevent it,we must follow the steps to prevent it..not cure...cuz prevention is far much better than curing..
i hope my friends,family and myself are not infected..AMIN~~

just remember..if ur having a fever,quickly consult a doctor ro do check ups and all.. ;)

i wrote this as a tribute that all branches(and hq too) of uitm are close due to this virus..i hope any1(friends,family member) that been quarantine,i pray that you guys get well soon..and just stay in for ur medication...insya allah u will be ok.. ;)

cant wait to go back to campus..
